Overview
Coldwater's community museum features artifacts relating to the history of the area from 1850 to 1950. The collection is displayed in a restored log home, built in the 1840s by the Scottish settler, Archibald Woodrow. In many instances visitors receive a personalized tour from the summer help or volunteers. Weekly demonstrations of old and new crafts are offered at Wednesday afternoon teas. The site also presents an annual "Old Times Day," bus tours and other public programs.
