Overview

The Aurora Museum & Archives re-opened to the public on June 25th, 2015.  Originally started by the Aurora Historical Society, the collection includes over 16,000 artifacts, photographs, textiles, books and documents spanning the period from c. 500 BCE to present day.

The collection was transferred to the Town of Aurora in 2013 and is displayed in the Aurora Room on the second floor of the historic Church Street School.
